    We are investigating a problem which relates to the Preadvice Provisioning. Impact: Since 28.04.2020 around 4:10pm CEST the Preadvice Provisioning experienced a partial outage due to a network connection issue, thus currently preadvices will not be provisioned. IRIS API is still available without any impact on the label generation for our clients.

    Please be informed that the Preadvice Provisioning incident from 28.04.2020 - 4.10pm was resolved. Regular communication related to this incident will be discontinued.

    Due to work on the firewall, WSA connection housing and internet connection, one of our service providers experienced an unplanned disruption that affected the data transport of our Preadvice Provisioning Service. All preadvices received during the period of the incident were forwarded after the resolution.
