Between March 09–11, we had some capacity issues in our workflow system that powers our orchestration layer. This workflow engine also governs our API inflows causing intermittent pockets of failures in our CreateAsset and CreateWorkItem API endpoints.
One of our vendors had their certificate renewal failed. This caused cascading failures on CloudFactory side.
Between Apr 21–22, we had some capacity issue in our workflow system that powers our orchestration layer. In between incident identification to recovery by adding more resources, we dropped some API calls intermittently.
