If you are experiencing issues with this release of Terraform, please retry with 1.14.9. The Terraform Development team is actively working to release fixes in v1.15.1 as soon as possible. Status: Identified HCP Boundary is currently experiencing a control plane degradation that prevents users from managing clusters via the portal, while existing clusters and active sessions remain healthy and unaffected. Status: Identified We have deployed a fix for intermittent connection resets with AzureRM based resource management. For hc-install: • A new release has been cut (v0.9.4) which should address key rotation errors. • Affected workflows should update their hc-install version and retry. Status: Identified Our Engineering team is currently working on releasing a fix for the Stacks validation errors, and backporting it to Terraform 1.14. The release is expected to be available before 22:00 UTC. The fix will make it’s way into the 1.15 pre-release through the normal pre-release process.
