  1. monitoring Sep 04, 2026, 11:22 AM UTC

Status: Monitoring Users with Microsoft-hosted email addresses (Outlook.com: http://Outlook.com, Hotmail, Microsoft 365) may experience delays receiving login emails from Hamina, including one-time passcodes and email verification messages. This is caused by an ongoing incident at our authentication provider, who is working with their email provider to restore normal delivery. Emails to other providers are delivering normally. Affected components Hamina app (US region) (Degraded performance) Hamina app (EU region) (Degraded performance)

  2. resolved Sep 04, 2026, 01:46 PM UTC

Status: Resolved Our authentication provider has confirmed that delivery to Microsoft-hosted mailboxes returned to normal at around 12:40 UTC and all delayed emails have been delivered. The cause was rate limiting on Microsoft's receiving side, which affected multiple email senders and was not specific to Hamina. Some authentication related emails were delayed by several minutes; delivery to other providers was unaffected. Affected components Hamina app (EU region) (Operational) Hamina app (US region) (Operational)
