    Microsoft is currently experiencing a DNS issue that is causing an outage for Microsoft Teams as well as other services. Until resolved users will not be able to use the Microsoft Teams Halp product. You may follow their status page here: https://status.office365.com/

    Microsoft has confirmed their fix to their DNS service has been resolved, and all downstream services are operational. Halp for Microsoft Teams continues to work, and we expect no further complications at this time.
