    We are currently investing issues with the API servers experiencing long latencies and intermittent down time. This is impacting general usage across all services.

    We have stabilized the system but have potentially identified an issue with Knowledge Alerts which we have disabled for the time being until we assess further. Apologies for the inconvenience, we will continue to update here as we get more info.
