    The Guru Web Application and Extension were unavailable from 5:33am EDT to 5:37am EDT. During this time, users were unable to log into Guru. Users may have noticed latency for about 20 minutes after the incident, as well. All issues have now been resolved. We apologize for any inconveniences this caused.
