We are currently experiencing an issue that is preventing some users from logging in to GrowthZone Application. This is caused by an outage with a third-party authentication provider, and their team is actively working to restore service. At this time, no action is needed on your end. Existing sessions may remain active, but new logins may fail until the provider resolves the issue. We do not yet have an estimated time to resolution but are monitoring closely and will update this page as we learn more. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience.

There is a major operational issue with one of our cloud providers systems (AWS). We are looking into potential workarounds.

We've confirmed this issue is caused by an active AWS infrastructure incident, which is impacting parts of our login services. Our vendors have open incidents on their status pages and are actively working on it. At this time there is no workaround and no estimated time to resolution from these providers. Existing sessions may remain active, but new logins to the GrowthZone application will continue to fail until service is restored. We are monitoring these providers closely and will post updates here as soon as we have new information. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience.

Login and authentication services have been restored. Our vendor was able to restore service by rerouting traffic around the impacted AWS infrastructure. Please note the underlying AWS issue may still be ongoing, but it is no longer affecting login to the GrowthZone application.
