   Bug/Error resolution - Outlook add-on, resolved error received when attaching emails - Drop down menus on various reports are working properly - When adding a note, the note was appearing at the bottom of the communication list until you refreshed. It now shows at the top once saved. - Can merge contacts (had a bug that prevented user from clicking "done") New Features and Enhancements - Updated the Billing History view under a Contact. Moved the balance due field to the far right for easier reference. - Added a tab under Events for Sponsors. This list allows you to view all the registered sponsors and search/sort the list. For phase I sponsors can be added or cancelled for reporting purposes. Cancellation will require staff to handle the desired financial actions separately (if they wish to credit, refund or write-off). This page is under development but here's a quick preview http://screencast.com/t/weiFKvcKJ - Working on changes to allow sales to create proposals in v10 and tie those proposals to active good/services through membership types. Several changes implemented and more in progress. Plan to demo to sales in the next week. - Continuing to work through tasks for event registrations for attendees or sponsors and reports. Many new features and improvements being added. Will provide a review of features later this month. - Forgot Password email on the login page updated and includes info to reset your password. This is intended for - Added the option to have a contacts status change to "active" when an opportunity is marked as "sold". Next step will be to allow a user to manually change from active to another status. You can try out this new status option under Setup>Misc>Contact Status Options.
