Update timeline

  1. identified Oct 20, 2025, 03:27 PM UTC

We are aware of an ongoing AWS outage in the us-east-1 region where AWS is reporting elevated error rates and degraded performance for a number of its services in that region. Because Grow depends on resources hosted in us-east-1, you may experience slow response times, time-outs, or sporadic failures when performing some operations. Our team is monitoring the situation closely and will update this page as AWS restores normal service.

  2. identified Oct 20, 2025, 05:45 PM UTC

AWS continues to update the us-east-1 incident status. While some services are improving, the issue has not yet been fully resolved. Status updates for AWS Service Health can be found here: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status
