We are aware that our direct debit partner Gocardless experienced issues sending emails to Microsoft accounts (@hotmail.com or @outlook.com etc). They are sending emails in order to comply with banking regulations, but are adding "Delayed Delivery" to the subject. If you have recently made a payment and receive an email with the subject starting with Delayed Delivery you can ignore the email, and there is no need to contact us. We apologise for the unnecessary confusion.
