We are currently investigating degraded performance in our PDF generation services. GoFormz processes involving PDF generation may be slow or delayed.

A spike in activity caused degraded performance of GoFormz PDF services this morning. Automated service scaling did not initially improve performance. GoFormz engineering reviewed service instances and determined a manual restart of the service was required. After this process completed, PDF services returned to normal operations.
