    We have identified an issue affecting e-mail notifications. We recommend that customers use alternative notification mechanisms (such as SMS) until the issue is resolved. An update will be provided in due course.

    A fix has been implemented however some customers (particularly those with strict spam filters) may experience issues in receiving e-mails. Please contact the Support Desk if you experience issues receiving e-mails from GAP and consider using multiple delivery mechanisms for important notifications.
