    Our team was notified about what appears to be a global partial outage in WhatsApp outbound message delivery. We have received numerous reports regarding the issue, and we are currently monitoring the situation. For now most of the failed delivery reports are for sending messages images/files. We also have some reports about failure to send text messages without any file. --- It does not appear that all numbers are affected, or that affected numbers are fully unable to send WhatsApp messages, but clients should expect disruption in delivering WhatsApp messages until the issue is resolved. Affected numbers will display a red "X" when attempting to deliver WhatsApp messages. Clicking this "X" and hovering over the recipient's number will display Error 131053 Media upload error.
