    We are currently aware of a service outage affecting customers traversing one of our partner carrier's network. Date and Time Incident Reported - 2nd March 2023 @ 05:17am Incident Reference - INC0013347 Services Impacted - Broadband Services Area / Locations Impacted - Bury St Edmunds Latest Update - We are working closely with the carrier to ensure normal service is restored as quickly as possible. As soon as we have more information we will provide a further update. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Our partner carrier have advised that they are continuing to work remotely to restore service and have arranged for an engineer to attend site to troubleshoot. Once we have more information we will provide a further update.

    This incident has now been closed following confirmation from our carrier partner that all services impacted should now be restored.
