    We are investigating an incident that has impacted the service quality for our Full Fibre and Leased Line customers, resulting in a degradation of service.     We are continuing to investigate an issue where some of our broadband and Leased Line customers are experiencing a degradation of service. Our Networking teams are actively working to troubleshoot and investigate the root cause. Further updates will be provided once we have more information.
