We are currently aware of an issue which may be impacting our customers connecting to the Dundee exchange. Our partner carrier is currently engaged and investigating.

Our partner carrier has identified damage to the fibre close to the Dundee exchange. They are now working to repair the fault and it is estimated to take between 2-3 hours to complete.
