    We experienced connectivity issues in Amazon's us-west-1 region overnight from approximately 07:45 UTC to 08:25 UTC. This affected test runs using the "San Francisco, CA" region as a geolocation. The issues have been resolved. We are still investigating the root cause and will discuss options for both mitigating a future occurrence of this issue, and better informing customers of the problem.
