Beginning Sunday, March 12, marker icons stopped appearing on the map and appeared as broken images in the Legend and Mapped Data table. We had previously identified this issue as an intermittent problem affecting a subset of customers, and this occurrence was wider spread. The problem was traced to our server, and we resolved the issue within an hour of the development team being alerted Monday morning. We intend to improve our response time in the future.
