Due to a technical issue from the MCX end, some clients may face order placement issues. We are actively working with MCX to resolve this at the earliest. We regret the inconvenience caused.

We are currently observing an issue where Charts and Options Chain are not loading for certain symbols. Team is working on resolving this on priority.

We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue where Sensex Futures and certain option strike prices are not updating. This issue appears across multiple brokers, and we have escalated it to the BSE Exchange for urgent resolution.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

We are currently experiencing service disruptions due to a global Cloudflare outage. This outage is impacting multiple brokers and platforms. Our team is coordinating with Cloudflare to restore services at the earliest.

Due to connectivity issue at MCX Exchange, Trading will resume tentatively after 01:00 PM.

Due to intermittent issue from our vendor end few of our clients are facing issue with real time data update for NSE F&O scrips. Team is working on resolving this on priority.

Equity and other segment feeds are currently not updating, Team is looking into it

Due to intermittent issue few of our clients were facing issues while login to web platform where the login via mobile is working fine. Team is actively working on fixing this issue.

Due to intermittent issue from our vendor end few of our clients have faced issue with real time chart update.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Due to some intermittent issue from MCX exchange end users were not able to get real time feed and unable to place orders. This issue is faced across all brokers. We are coordinating with exchange to resolve this issue on priority.
