We have investigated customer reports of media such as images, videos, and training documents loading very slowly or not at all. The degraded performance is the result of a current service incident with one of FusionPrep's hosting vendors. Our failover strategy was automatically implemented but still results in the loss of some data load performance. We are monitoring the situation closely and will update this incident as more updates become available.
