Investigating reports of users not being able to login
Fulfil.IO experienced a minor incident on April 20, 2021 affecting Login service and SSO, lasting 7h 54m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are currently investigating an issue where users are unable to login using the authentication service. No service impact to authenticated users.

We have updated the authentication service to directly support google authentication. If your Fulfil login used a google account (gmail/company email using google apps), you can now use that to login. Authentication using email and password is not restored yet.

While we await Auth0 to resolve this incident, Fulfil users can now log in * via their work email if it is powered by Gmail * or by requesting a magic link that allows a password-less login This will ensure continued service availability until the Auth0 incident is resolved.
