    We were notified of some intermittent failures at 10:30am CST. We investigated it and realized that there was a form that was sending some long-running queries back-to-back causing the database to become overloaded. We temporarily disabled the form causing these issues, and notified the owner to make changes to mitigate the problems. Our API's were down for approximately 30 minutes, and we were back up 11:00am.
