    We experienced disruptions to our Coherence, Telelop and other Formant.io services due to the widespread Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage that began around 2:11 AM Central Time on October 20th, 2025. Although most services had returned to normal by 1 PM Central Time, AWS did not provide the all clear until 5 PM Central Time. All Formant services have returned to normal operation.
