    It seems this Slack outage might have caused some intermittent processing errors in Foqal. We are investigating to find the cause at this time.

    We identified and resolved an issue that caused our message queue to become blocked, resulting in delayed processing. As of 4:10 PST all systems are fully operational and all queued messages have been successfully processed. **Impact:** Message and ticket processing was delayed during the incident. No data was lost—all messages and tickets have been preserved and processed. **Current Status:** Resolved. All systems are operating normally.
