A intermittent connectivity issue was observed on cloud provider which prevented the status for PayNow transactions from one of the bank partner from being updated for POS. - PayNow transactions from other bank partners were not affected. - Payment gateways other than POS were not affected. - Other payment methods were not affected. This issue has been fully resolved by 21:46 (SGT). No transactions are lost and status of all affected transaction are update to date by 21:48 (SGT).
