We have identified an issue impacting customer order details imported from Amazon related to their API. Our team is currently working on solutions which we expect to be deployed in 2-3hrs. Until this fix is deployed you will need to add customer details manually in Flxpoint for all Amazon orders or temporarily turn off your Get Orders Schedule until the fix is deployed. If you turn off your Get Orders Schedule, this will ensure all customer data is pulled in automatically on the next run after the solution deploys.

We have resolved the issue and any new Amazon Order imported will now have the Name, Address Line 1 and Address Line 2 populated. This was a result of Amazon's new SP-API having additional PII (Personably Identifiable Information) restrictions on "List Order" endpoints but not on individual Order endpoints. Unfortunately we are not able to find this behavior documented - and the testing process was not affected by this PII restriction. Our team is working on creating a backfill script to populate any Order affected by this. Once this script has been run and the data has been validated, we will resolve this incident. We are aiming to have this backfill script completed and ran by tomorrow morning (~10-11am EST).

All affected Amazon Orders have been backfilled. It may be necessary to Clear "Holds" on Orders and/or Regenerate Fulfillment Requests for affected Orders. Amazon Orders affected by this would have imported between 16:00 UTC and 23:15 UTC.
