    Flxpoint API experienced intermittent gateway timeout errors (502 response codes) throughout March 18th - March 30th. These response codes would generally occur within 30-60 second intervals. Due to the sporadic nature of these occurrences, the underlying problem being difficult to identify, and the bandwidth of our team - these errors took time for us to fully resolve. The most impactful time windows are listed below for reference : - March 18th ~20:00 EST - March 20th ~20:00 EST - March 21st ~20:00 EST - March 22nd ~20:00 EST - March 29th ~08:00 EST If you experienced errors during any of these time-frames, it was likely a result of this problem. Our team was engaged when we detected these errors earlier this month. They made incremental improvements throughout but we were able to implement a more permanent resolution to this problem on March 30th ~4pm EST.
