On 2/21/23, during 2:59 pm - 6:26 pm CST, program updates and phone number submissions were not successfully being processed. The issue was identified and a fix was implemented. Any submission before or after 2:59 pm - 6:26 pm CST were not impacted. However, requests during the impacted time frame may be delayed until 12:00 pm CST on 2/23/23.
