FireNet techs have identified an issue affecting clients with VoIP SIP trunks. At this time customers may experience some outbound calls failing, we are investigating this with the upstream carrier.

The carrier advised this issue was resolved at 2:30pm AEDST, we have double checked this and confirmed the issue is now resolved.
