  2. monitoring Jan 07, 2020, 12:04 AM UTC

The upstream carrier advised the issue should be resolved, we can confirm calls have been flowing fine for 10+ minutes. We will monitor until final confirmation and RFO from the upstream.

  3. resolved Jan 07, 2020, 12:42 AM UTC

Carrier confirmed a majority of their paths have been fixed however a few bad paths still remain which may cause intermittent VoIP issues, resolving this is the carrier's highest priority. We are waiting on the RFO (reason for outage) and will pass it on once available.
