- identified Mar 09, 2020, 11:53 PM UTC
We have spoken to the upstream carrier and the issue is still on going with no ETR. They are aware of the urgency as this is affecting all of their customers inbound calls. Outbound calls are unaffected but calling FireNet will fail due to the way calls are routed towards us from customers. The upstream is unable to place redirections on inbound calls as that system is what is currently experiencing the outage.
- monitoring Mar 10, 2020, 12:02 AM UTC
Inbound calls look to be flowing now, we have not received confirmation from the upstream carrier and will update as soon as we can.
