    AAPT have confirmed there is a fault attributed to a Fibre Break in the Mona Vale area. Field techs are onsite investigating, no ETR at this stage.

    Fibre crew is still investigating the fault in Mona Vale, no ETR available at this time

    Fibre crew re-positioned from Mona Vale to Frenchs Forest to investigate further however we have seen services restore. We are awaiting confirmation that this fault is now resolved, Updates to follow.

    All services confirmed now restored. Fibre crews identified the faulty joint and completed re-splicing of that cable, services restored at 10:07pm AEDT If you have any service difficulties please raise a ticket at [email protected]
