    We are aware of VoIP call issues (due to upstream carrier network outage) for customers in NSW, VIC and TAS. Customer may be experiencing difficulty in call connectivity or having call quality issues at the moment, this issue is currently under investigation with highest priority. Further updates to follow.

    Our carrier has informed us that the issue is related to a transmission fault. Further updates to follow.
