A network outage occurred in our in our Brisbane POP which has been resolved. During this time (Between 14:33 - 14:37 AEDT, Customers would of noticed intermittent internet access to some destinations whilst traffic re-routed as well as higher latency due to the alternate routes taken. The source of the issue looks to be an upstream supplier fault which caused this re-routing to occur. Please contact the FireNet NOC should you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
