    We are currently investigating reports of degraded NBN Download performance in Wangaratta. Customers in this area may be noticing slow web browsing performance. Further updates to follow.

    As the investigation continues, our carrier has asked if affected customers power cycle the router \ NTU \ NTD's as it appears that this may help rectify the issue.
