- monitoring Jun 18, 2019, 02:53 AM UTC
During the outage; NBN services in QLD failed over to NSW, we have raised a case to the upstream supplier to investigate. For now customers may notice a slight degradation in attainable speed and slightly higher latency as the connections are rerouted. Services will fail-back to QLD once the fault has been resolved. An emergency maintenance window will be posted for this.
- resolved Jun 18, 2019, 12:54 PM UTC
This fault was due to an upstream carrier power malfunction and has since been resolved, the affected services have failed back to QLD.
