Due to the Slack service outage our support team is unable to access our external shared channels. If you need support please submit a request through the in-app form found in the `?` options on the bottom left of the UI, and we will respond promptly via email. You can track the Slack status at https://status.slack.com/ and we will change this status once it is fixed.

Although the Slack status is not fully resolved we are seeing full functionality on our end. You can begin using our shared Slack channels again.
