We are currently seeing an increase in error rates from our external cloud service provider. We are monitoring and investigating any impact on the Finix System.

We are still seeing errors from AWS which are being monitored. At this time we recommend customers hold off on approving settlements. We will post another update as to when everything can be approved.

Unfortunately, we are still experiencing errors from AWS. At this time, we are unable to have settlements ready to approve prior to the settlement funding cut-off. Please do not approve settlements at this time if they appear. We’re exploring our options to mitigate the funding delay. Current Impact: - Merchants and Platforms should expect a delay in receiving settlement funds. - Gateway transactions are continuing to be processed successfully. However, many of them may be in a PENDING status longer than expected. - Webhooks from Finix may be delayed. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you have additional questions
