Sandboxes: no notifications from payment service providers received
FinDock experienced a major incident on June 27, 2023 affecting Sandboxes, lasting 3h 44m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are currently investigating an issue where notifications from all Payment Service Providers like Stripe, Worldpay, Adyen etc. are not received in Salesforce sandbox environments. This issue was most likely introduced with the July '23 Sandbox release and does not impact production environments.

We believe we have found the issue and are in the process of confirming the root cause. Once the root cause has been confirmed we will implement a fix and release it to all sandbox environments after internal testing.
