We're monitoring an issue with our upstream connection(s). The issues are related to a software update performed by our service provider earlier this morning. The symptoms of this problem are up/down flickers on this upstream connection. They are working on a rollback of the update now.

Our provider has implemented a workaround to the issues from earlier this morning. The connection has been stable for several hours now. We continue to monitor but will close out this issue as resolved. A more permanent fix will likely be scheduled for some time in Q1/2020.
