### **Summary of Impact** Some users experienced slowness and intermittent errors across the platform due to increased API activity. ### **Root Cause** Increase in failed API requests from [Salesforce.com](http://salesforce.com) caused higher-than-expected system load, which impacted overall platform performance. ### **Mitigation** The engineering team adjusted system thresholds to better handle increased request volume and reduce processing delays. Performance returned to normal following these changes. ### **Next Steps** To reduce the risk of similar issues in the future, we are: * Improving how the system handles failed integration requests to minimize impact during traffic spikes * Implementing safeguards to prevent excessive resource usage when errors occur
