For publishers using AdBook’s Salesforce managed package Canvas feature, please be aware that updating to Google Chrome version 92 causes the ‘Return to Opportunity’ button within the iframe to be non-responsive. As noted in Google’s release notes, in this version, alert(), confirm(), and prompt for cross origin iframes was removed. More information on their version release is available here - https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5148698084376576 If your organization uses Canvas and has already upgraded to Chrome version 92, please contact FatTail Support (support.fattail.com) for assistance. A new managed package version will be available for installation shortly. While that is being built, installed, and tested, potential workarounds are: - Use Firefox (or other non-Chromium based) browser - Manually return to Salesforce after completing edits in AdBook, and then use the ‘Refresh from AdBook’ button on the opportunity to sync information into Salesforce from AdBook on demand - If batch syncing jobs are scheduled, they will continue to run and refresh information into Salesforce as expected - Use Salesforce in Classic mode if possible, however we understand this may not be an option for organizations operating fully in Lightning If your organization uses Canvas and has not upgraded to Chrome version 92, please inform IT teams and users of the issue and attempt to postpone upgrading until your managed package has been upgraded, if possible. If your organization does not use Canvas, please disregard this notice.

As noted on the Salesforce “Known Issues” page (https://trailblazer.salesforce.com/issues_view?title=salesforce-functionality-impacted-in-%5B%E2%80%A6%5Doss-origin-iframe-javascript-dialogs&Id=a1p4V000002BRMX) this issue has wide ranging impact beyond the integration between Salesforce and AdBook+. On this page there are two suggested work-arounds, which we have tested and found to resolve the issue on some, but not all, of our test environments. We will continue to monitor for further information, while completing updates to the AdBook Managed Package which will permanently resolve the issue. Contact FatTail Support (support.fattail.com) with questions.
