We are aware of and investigating an error when attempting to download Custom Excel Exports from within an AdBook+ Campaign. Users may receive a message that reads "Error: Could not export the campaign to the selected template". Our teams are researching and we will provide an update once we understand the cause of the error, and next steps to resolve. Thank you for your patience. Our development team has confirmed that the error preventing download of certain Custom Excel Exports is the result of the March 26th release of v3.46 of AdBook+. We are work in progress on developing a fix and will provide a timeline for resolution to impacted clients, as soon as we know more.
