With the release of AdBook v3.47.01 on Friday April 23rd, the AdBook+ GAM integration was upgraded to support the most current API Version. Documentation can be found here: https://developers.google.com/ad-manager/api/rel_notes With API v202102, GAM now requires 'Video Max Duration' to be set with a value greater than zero for all video line items. If you do not currently have this field configured in AdBook, or are not setting a value in the Video Max Duration field, users will receive an error for both inventory forecasting AND on traffic to GAM. This field sets the GAM Max duration (seconds) which is required for by GAM video and audio ads. The default value for this field is the "Ad opportunity duration" set in your network video settings (typically 30 seconds). Prior to this GAM API update, the field was not required for lines created via API. If you have not already reached out to support.fattail.com, please contact your Client Success Manager to work through the following recommended next steps: 1. Configure Video Max Duration at the position (product) and/or line item level 2. Set default values for video products (and potentially other products eligible for video sizes) to match your network default 3. Audit any booked lines that are active or future dated, and bulk update the Video Max Duration as needed Please reach out to us via support.fattail.com with any questions. We are on stand by to help with data and configuration changes as required. FatTail Support
