Issue with media tree management and reporting from v3.50.03

   We have identified an issue related to media tree management and reporting as a result of the v3.50.03 release on Friday, July 30th. • On the Position Field Values Management page, dynamic property values (e.g. ‘targeting’) are not loading when a position is selected. If a ‘save’ is committed while on the page, all dynamic property values for that position will be removed. o To mitigate risk of losing position values, do not use Position Field Values Management until this incident is resolved. o Use Media Tree Upload tool to process product changes, or submit requests for changes to support.fattail.com. • In the Media Tree report, you may observe two new columns for Visibility Start Date and Visibility End Date. These columns should only appear if you’ve opted into the new feature to control product visibility by date, but are instead showing in all media tree exports. o Please note that this may impact reporting integrations for availability systems and/or ingestion of saved reports. Because of the potential impact of both issues, we will release an updated version of v3.50.03 at 9 PM PST tonight, August 2nd, which will revert changes to the issue at cause. The automatic media tree show and hide dates feature will not be available for use until a subsequent release. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue.
