    An enhancement to managing geotargeting which was not yet complete was included in the 3.62.01 release, which may result in users seeing an error that reads "Operation Unsuccessful: Error has occurred" during line item creation, campaign save, or media tree uploads. On July 19th, per the schedule published here: https://manage.statuspage.io/pages/s3lkv3d96f94/incidents/2jw77nh7w8x9 we will remove the incomplete enhancement which will in turn, resolve the issue.
