We are investigating reports of degraded performance in our application when logging in using SSO. We will update this incident as we learn more.

We have identified that SSO login is not working with the latest version of Chrome (v97). As an immediate fix, using another browser should allow logging in using SSO. See https://help.planbrothers.io/articles/1816095-what-browsers-does-incy-io-support for supported browsers. We're continuing on investigating the root cause for the issue.

We have identified the cause of the issue and and are currently working on a solution.

A solution for the issue has been released. SSO logins are working as expected with Chrome v97 again.
