We discovered an issue on 1 July 2022 that caused emails to not be sent to new users for account activation since 20 June 2022. We identified the cause and reverted a change made to one of our email templates. This incident is resolved and new users are receiving activation emails successfully. We are conducting a post-incident review to identify next steps and improvements in the related processes.
