    We've identified an issue where the File Upload (Direct) section may not appear when creating or editing an existing eXtendFiles record in NetSuite. This happens when the browser loads an outdated, cached version of the uploader instead of the current version. We've cleared our server-side cache so browsers request the latest version. If the section is still missing, hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) or clear your browser cache.
